A man convicted of killing a young child and his babysitter in Palmyra is set to be paroled on Thursday.
Chad Campbell was originally set to be paroled in Wayne County until the sheriff’s office says that was changed due to “overwhelming public outcry from our citizens.” Because of that, Campbell will now be paroled in Erie County, according to law enforcement.
