Over the past decade-plus of Windy City rescues, we’ve met some tenacious first responders on Chicago Fire, and Firehouse 51 just got the most unconventional of recruits with Lucy, played by Jeanine Mason.

Amid the bittersweet comedy of errors, Chihards were excited to learn more about the new assistant settling in at Firehouse 51, who was determined to make a great first impression despite the workplace mayhem.
