HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 33-year-old man was arrested Monday in connection with a family violence incident from January, after Horizon police said the victim showed them a video of the assault.
Javier Filimon King was booked into the El Paso County Downtown Jail and charged with assault causing bodily injury to a family member after officers with the Horizon Police Department were called out to a home in the area of Nuevo Desierto Drive regarding a domestic disturbance at around 1:32 a.m.
