TOWN OF BLOOMING GROVE, Wis. (WMTV) – Neighbors in the April Hills subdivision are seeking to join the Village of McFarland rather than the City of Madison as the Town of Blooming Grove prepares to dissolve.
The Town of Blooming Grove Plan Commission discussed the potential annexation at its meeting on Wednesday.
People living in the subdivision plan to circulate a petition that could alter an agreement in place for 20 years.
