TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — An individual convicted of second-degree murder in Las Vegas, as well as charges in multiple other states, is awaiting a trial in Vigo County shortly after his accomplice was sentenced.
Alexander Buzz, 34, is accused of shooting a man whom he and his partner, Emma Malone, 30, attempted to rob at a Burger King on Wabash Avenue in September, 2019.
According to the Probable Cause Affidavit (PCA), the victim stated that he was on his break at Burger King, working on new speakers he’d gotten for his vehicle. While working, he was approached by a masked man and woman who attempted to rob him. When he refused, they allegedly shot the man in the leg and ran off.
