ROCHELLE, Ill. (WIFR) – A new source of hope arrived for cancer patients and their families in Ogle County.
Rochelle Community Hospital and the Rochelle Area Community Foundation joined forces to create the Community Cancer Resource Fund, which is designed to take care of some burdens for those battling the disease.
From arranging rides and medical appointments, to providing meals for families, the fund, according to coordinators, focuses on delivering support that is both local and tangible.
