Suspects Sought After Aggravated Robbery In North Houston

Houston Police robbery detectives are asking for the public’s help to track down a crew caught on camera in an aggravated robbery at a north Houston business on Jan. 20. Surveillance images released by investigators show at least four people involved, and the case is still wide open as detectives wait for tips to come in, as reported by Houston Police Robbery.

On Wednesday the department posted an alert on its X account saying robbery detectives are seeking the identity of the suspect or suspects wanted in the aggravated robbery in the 600 block of W. Mount Houston Rd., and directed tipsters to Crime Stoppers for rewards and anonymous reporting, according to Houston Police Robbery. The post included still images pulled from surveillance video and the HPD case number to help the public identify those involved.

What police say

The Robbery Division bulletin says the incident happened about 4:45 a.m. on Jan. 20, when two women came in posing as customers and held the door while two male suspects followed. One of the men pulled a firearm and the group took off with merchandise, possibly in a vehicle. Investigators released descriptions of the four people seen on camera, including a male in a light-colored hooded jacket carrying a handgun, a second male in khaki with a yellow safety vest, and two females, one wearing a blue hooded jacket marked “HCC,” as detailed by Houston Police Robbery. Detectives are asking anyone who recognizes the people or even just the clothing to get in touch.
