A Craving Turned Concept
The story of Churro On Top began not in a boardroom, but with a pregnancy craving.
“I’m from California originally and I missed the churros I ate there,” Anna Kothari tells Local Profile. “I couldn’t find anything [in Texas] that was as good. The nearest churro to me was Jack in the Box… but we make our own. Our recipe comes from Spain and our machine and fryer come from Spain.”…
