ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – All lanes on I-40 eastbound at Louisiana are open after a crash had the lanes closed Wednesday night. Pictures from the New Mexico Department of Transportation road cameras showed a large fire on the highway.
According to Albuquerque Fire Rescue, a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle collided and the semi-truck was on fire when AFR arrived. Two people were taken the hospital. One person was evaluated on scene and did not go to the hospital.
