LOVELAND — Most of the markets in Northern Colorado and the Boulder Valley saw the median price of single-family homes dip in February, new data from Loveland-based multiple-listing service Information and Real Estate Services LLC shows.
The median sales price of single-family homes in Boulder last month was $1.54 million, down 18.7% from February 2025. There were 23 sales in the city last month on 176 active listings, 2.8% fewer listings than February 2025.
Estes Park homes sold in February for a median price of $625,000, down 16.7% from the same month last year. There were 17 sales on 113 active listings, 14.1% more listings than February 2025…
