DENVER (KDVR) — Two people were arrested after more than 25 grams of methamphetamine was allegedly found during a traffic stop in the city of Broomfield on Tuesday.
The Broomfield Police Department said Thursday that officers discovered the vehicle was being used for “drug distribution” after they conducted a traffic stop on it near West 146th Avenue and Zuni Street.

Officers found the methamphetamine concealed inside the vehicle after noticing the center console was loose, at which point the driver, a 46-year-old woman, and a passenger, a 32-year-old man, were arrested, according to BPD.
Police said both the driver and passenger were booked into the Broomfield Detention Center and that the driver is facing several charges, including possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and fraud — criminal possession of a financial device…
