Crews Wrap Up Another Block Of Work For Loveland’s HIP

Crews are wrapping up work between Railroad and Garfield avenues as part of Downtown Loveland’s Heart Improvement Plan. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, crews were on site Wednesday completing final cleanup tasks and did one last flush of the stormwater system to remove sand and debris that accumulated during construction. The barriers are expected to come down Thursday or Friday. The work is part of the city’s multi-year effort to upgrade aging infrastructure and improve safety and accessibility along five blocks of Loveland’s historic Fourth Street.
