Where Does This Contrast Therapy in Loveland Come From?
Plunj. started out in Provo, Utah in 2021. Founded by a couple interested in the Finnish-style of contrast therapy, putting an ice plunging together with a sauna. They looked for a place that had it, couldn’t find one, so created their own. The location in Loveland is at Loveland Yards, on the south side by Vie Nail Supply.
