(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Originally starting out as a food truck, Moctezuma has recently opened a new brick-and-mortar location right off Academy.
As of March 12, the restaurant off of Academy turns one year old. Co-Owner Jose Colmenares said that finally having Moctezuma’s restaurant open has been super rewarding.
“Talk about sweat equity and really putting in the work,” he said. “I can only say I’m super grateful for everyone… My family, in particular, we have made it through the most difficult part. This is us coming in, working the space, seeing people happy, and being able to share our story with people and our food.”…
