Portland, Oregon – Rising rivers, urban flooding, and landslide risks could develop across northwest Oregon and southwest Washington as prolonged rainfall targets the region through Friday evening.
According to the National Weather Service in Portland, a Flood Watch remains in effect for a wide area stretching from the Oregon Coast through the Portland metro and into the Columbia River Gorge.
