Ready those tastebuds for a night full of flavor at The Ritz-Carlton, Portland, next month.
On Thursday, April 2, three acclaimed female chefs are bringing a one-night with plenty of bites to Bellpine, the signature restaurant of the hotel. Chef de Cuisine Jocelyn Chacón will be joined by Food Network star Amanda Freitag and Stacey Givens, “Chopped” champion and owner of Side Yard Farm & Kitchen.
The five-course menu celebrates Oregon’s spring harvest and flavor, including ingredients source straight from Givens’ farm. Kicking off the night is a cocktail hour with all three chefs, followed by a seated dining experience. With the meal, which will soon be announced, guests will receive wine pairing or non-alcoholic options.
