Sean Joseph Lynn, 32, was sentenced to 10 years in prison with credit for time served after pleading guilty to killing 49-year-old Derrick Adam McKee in Harrisburg on Aug. 19, 2024.
Lynn was sentenced in Lane County Circuit Court by Judge Jay McAlpin on March 11, which would have been McKee’s 51st birthday. McKee was present in the court room; his ashes carried in an urn by his family members.
