SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) says it has more than 20 puppies and dogs available for adoption after an owner surrendered 37 dogs.
SCRAPS says its animal control officers were called to a Spokane home on Monday regarding a large number of dogs. Upon arrival, the resident did not provide officers access, but did admit that they had too many dogs and voluntarily surrendered 37 small mixed-breed dogs.
