Fort Lowell Office Building Sells for Investment

TUCSON, AZ (March 12, 2026) — An office building at 3954 E. Fort Lowell Rd. in Tucson’s Northeast submarket sold for $340,000 in an investment sale.

The sale closed Feb. 18, 2026, and involved a 2,688-square-foot office building constructed in 2006 on approximately 0.35 acres. The price equates to about $126.49 per square foot, or roughly $980,626 per acre.

The sellers were Robert B. and Joan M. Cook and Phillip and Jane Fleishman of Tucson. The buyer was HMC Property Group LLC, c/o BHR Holding Group of Tucson, with Heather Lind listed as a member. The property was acquired as an investment and is expected to be offered for lease…
