Ex-D.C. officer indicted on 32 felony counts in Alexandria

Timothy Valentin, 30, was indicted by an Alexandria grand jury on 32 felony counts following an Alexandria Police Department investigation, Chief Tarrick McGuire announced Monday.

The 32 counts – which include unlawful filming, rape and abduction with intent to defile – are in addition to five similar counts filed against Valentin in December 2025. The Fort Washington, Maryland, resident is accused of sexually assaulting four victims in Alexandria. APD said in its Monday release that these charges follow an investigation into multiple sexual assaults in the City of Alexandria in 2025.
