AKRON, Ohio — Archbishop Hoban sophomore Ella Greer is a competitor. It’s something she’s had to be her entire life as the youngest of four siblings.
“We all love one another,” Ella Greer said. “We bicker sometimes, but me and my sister are really tight. My brothers are very tight as well.”
Winning state championships at Hoban seems to come naturally to the Greer family. Ella’s sister Rachel won a mock trial state championship last year, and her brothers Josh and Sam won in boys’ basketball in 2023.
