BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Surveillance footage helped authorities identify suspects in two homicides that occurred four years ago, according to a court filing.
Rafael Valdez Luquin, Victor Negrete and Jeremiah Ausbie were named as suspects in deadly shootings that occurred within hours of each other in Wasco and Pixley, according to a probable cause declaration filed in Superior Court.
