CATOOSA COUNTY, Ga. — Charges against a Catoosa County woman who got into a physical altercation with a student during a stadium event at Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School have been dismissed by the state of Georgia.
The initial charge against Kimberly Malone was cruelty to children in the first degree. Court officials downgraded Malone’s charges in December of 2024.
