CLEVELAND, Ohio — As Jennifer Martino traveled the world, racking up medal after medal in adult figure skating, prosecutors say she was scamming taxpayers.
In the past year, Martino, 49, of Mayfield Heights won awards at figure skating competitions in Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Germany, Malaysia, the Philippines and Taiwan, according to her figure skating club’s website.
But while she was doing that, prosecutors say she was billing Medicaid for providing services that were never delivered…
