DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A trial date has been set for a lawsuit by the family of a man allegedly suffering a mental crisis killed by Miami Township Police last year.
Lawyers with Wright & Schulte allege the death of Jayden Stephenson, 21, on Feb. 19, 2025, was a direct result of unreasonable use of deadly force and a failure to accommodate his mental health disability.
