PETA launches urgent PSA after Upstate cat allegedly tortured, returned dead

GREER, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) said it has issued a urgent PSA campaign warning that “outdoor cats don’t go missing by themselves” after a cat in Greer was allegedly tortured.

PETA is warning people to keep cats safe by keeping them indoors.
