LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — An IAN alert has been canceled for a teen who was reunited with his family after going missing.
According to the alert, Carter was last seen at 9:53 a.m. on March 11 in the 400 block of Conley Street in Lexington. Officials said he has autism.
