SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — Four suspects were charged in connection to an organized diesel fuel theft scheme in Santa Rosa County.
The Office of Agricultural Law Enforcement (OALE) identified the suspects as Elieser Perez, Sergio Machin, Sofiel Ferino, and Sediel Carrazana.
