ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A grand jury indicted David Robinson, the man accused of leading state police on a chase that resulted in a crash and pinned a woman under an RTS bus.
Robinson faced charges of unlawfully fleeing an officer, criminal possession of a weapon, and assault, officials said.
