Earlier this year, the Hendersonville Planning Commission approved site plans for a commercial development at 120 Sanders Ferry Road, bringing with it job opportunities and retail space.
The site plan for the property was approved by the Hendersonville Planning Commission during its Jan. 6 meeting in a unanimous vote and includes three buildings. Two single-story buildings will have commercial retail tenant space, with approximately 21,000 square feet of space between them. A larger, 33,000-square foot building will be at the rear of the property, serving as a two-story headquarters for commercial roofing company Pinaire Roofing.
