CARROLLTON, Texas — A former North Texas educator has been arrested for having an inappropriate relationship with a student, according to an arrest warrant affidavit provided to WFAA.
The document stated that Carrollton police arrested Miguel Caban-Mendez, a former English as a second language teacher at DeWitt Perry Middle School in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
