MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) officer fatally shot a tow truck driver Thursday, March 12, while clinging to the truck during a pursuit near 15th and Grant.
The man was identified as 35-year-old Jonathan Otto.
