Committee Passes “ICE Out MKE” Resolution, MPS Cutting Hundreds of Jobs

A resolution banning immigration enforcement activities on Milwaukee property is over its first hurdle.

The Common Council’s Steering and Rules Committee unanimously passed the resolution this week, which aims to keep immigration enforcement actions off of city property like parking lots, vacant lots, and more.
