SAN ANTONIO – A woman is back in jail after police said she continued to follow and harass a couple despite an existing restraining order.
Heather Joy Miley, 46, was arrested again after the victim told police he met Miley one time in October. The victim said that when he told her the relationship would not continue, she began harassing him and his wife.
