ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A judge sentenced a man convicted of shooting and killing a food delivery driver in Albuquerque just days before Christmas in 2024.
Francisco Garcia-Franco will serve a life sentence for shooting and killing Stephen Keliiaa on Dec. 23, 2024. Garcia-Franco fired at Keliiaa’s car as he was driving for Uber Eats on Menaul Boulevard, just east of Louisiana Boulevard. The two did not know each other.
