COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -An 86-year-old Colorado Springs woman is receiving help from neighbors, friends and local real estate agents after repeated flooding left parts of her home damaged and difficult to maintain.
Janice Parker has lived in her Colorado Springs home for nearly 50 years. But after her basement flooded several times last summer, the damage became too much for her to manage on her own.
