SFPD investigating early morning gunfire

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A weapons violation turned into an aggravated assault early Thursday morning in Sioux Falls.

According to the SFPD, around 5:30 a.m., multiple callers reported to 911 that someone had been firing shots at a house in the area of 10th St. and Spring Ave.

Officers investigating the incident spoke with two victims who said they were outside the residence when a man approached them and asked if they knew where a certain person was.
