Drone, armored vehicle used as deputies arrest Eugene man after alleged gun threat

EUGENE, Ore. — A Eugene man was arrested after firing a pellet or paintball gun at people, striking one of them, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.

At 7 p.m. on March 11, Lane County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence in the 3000 block of Dalewood Street in Eugene for a reported menacing.

The victims reported they were in a verbal dispute with the resident, Nathan Randal Larson, 44, of Eugene, when Larson shot at them with a pellet or paintball gun, striking one of them. They reported Larson then pointed a handgun at them before going inside the residence…
