LATHAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Latham grocery store is preparing for a new construction project, thanks to a company investment in its stores and its evolving commitment to food trends. Market 32 and Price Chopper officials said on Friday that customers who shop at Market Bistro on Loudon Road may see some changes in the coming months as construction begins.

Customers can still shop at the store while construction is ongoing. The project is set to continue through early summer, with a grand reopening planned for later this summer.
Since opening in 2014, officials said Market Bistro customers have responded enthusiastically to the store’s chef-inspired meals, bold flavors, and diverse culinary experiences. Officials added that over time, shoppers will notice gradual changes in the layout.
“When complete, the space will feature enhanced offerings designed to satisfy appetites throughout the day — breakfast, lunch and dinner — while continuing to serve well-established favorites and introducing even more customer-driven creations,” Market 32 and Price Chopper said. “The project will expand several of the store’s fresh prepared food destinations and bring dozens of new menu items to the lineup.”…
