A routine Thursday morning in East Baltimore turned tragic when a 28-year-old man was struck by a box truck on the unit block of North Collington Avenue and later died at a nearby hospital, according to police. Officers were called to the scene around 8:57 a.m., and Accident Investigation detectives responded while the box truck remained on the roadway as investigators documented the scene.
When officers arrived, they found the 28-year-old unresponsive in the street,
