TROT (WWJ) — A woman from Massachusetts is facing charges in Oakland County after an incident at a restaurant in Troy.
At around 8:50 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, Troy Police said a call came in about an assault at Joe Kool’s Bar & Grill, on E. Big Beaver Rd.
