One of those projects, Montevue, is slated for roughly 93 homes on about 63 acres along Odell School Road in Concord, while the second community is planned in Hickory.
Those plans were first detailed by the Charlotte Business Journal, which reports that the combined home count across the Concord and Hickory sites tops 280 and that M/I Homes aims to open sales soon.
