A warrant service on Tuesday evening at a Lakeland mobile home park resulted in two arrests after the inhabitants originally refused to cooperate with law officers. On March 10, 2026, at around 5:30 p.m., Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies came at M&M Park, located at 5800 New Tampa Highway, to look for Patricia Lyn Richards, age 60.
Richards was wanted on an active warrant for violating pretrial release. Her original accusations were grand theft, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies arrived at the apartment and declared their presence, but received no answer. Investigators reported hearing a man and a woman conversing from inside the home.
