VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Two additional suspects were arrested in connection with the March 7 shooting on Atlantic Avenue, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.

Andrew P. Anthony, 19, was charged with one count of attempted robbery, one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, five counts of aggravated malicious wounding, one count of malicious wounding, eight counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony, one count of attempted malicious wounding and six counts of felony reckless handling of a firearm.
Jamari D. Horton, 22, was charged with one count of attempted malicious wounding and one count of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
On March 7, officers patrolling the Virginia Beach Oceanfront heard shots fired in the 1800 block of Atlantic Avenue at approximately 9:50 p.m. Six people, consisting of five men and one woman, suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
