Chester County Health Department Reports Violations at Four Food Facilities

WEST CHESTER, PA — The Chester County Health Department reported multiple food safety violations following inspections conducted Thursday at several licensed food facilities across the county.

Health officials said inspection reports represent a snapshot of conditions at the time of the visit and may not reflect a facility’s overall long-term sanitation or food safety practices.

Carniceria I Taqueria Guadalajara, 520 S. Union St., Kennett Square, was cited for several violations, including rice held at 109°F in a steam table that had not been reheated to the required 165°F before service. Inspectors said the rice was reheated in a microwave to 169°F during the inspection…
