Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office provides more details on missing retired Air Force general

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – On Thursday, the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office revealed more details about the day retired Air Force General William McCasland disappeared from his Albuquerque home. They also released items they believe are missing, including a gun.

Friday will mark two weeks since he was last seen at his home, off Tramway between Paseo and Academy. On Thursday, BCSO released items believed to be missing from the home, including hiking boots, his wallet, and a .38 caliber revolver with a leather holster. His phone and glasses were left at the house. Investigator said currently there is no indication of foul play.

Deputies also released a timeline, saying around 10 a.m. on February 27, a repairman was at the home and interacted with McCasland. McCasland’s wife left the home for a medical appointment around 11 a.m., and when she got back home an hour later, he was gone…
