PORTLAND, Ore (KOIN) — The officers who shot and killed a man outside a Vancouver home in late December have been named.
Sixty days after the Washington Office of Independent Investigations began its review of the Dec. 27 deadly force incident in Vancouver, the officers involved were identified as Officer Sean Donaldson and Officer Christopher Holmquist. Both work for the Vancouver Police Department.
