TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Our Better Call Behnken investigation into criminals using Bitcoin machines to trick the elderly out of money hit a nerve with the Bradenton Police Department.
That’s because their investigators worked cases in 2025 in which residents lost $1.2 million through cryptocurrency. Most of that money was never recovered.
