MELBOURNE, Ky. (WXIX) – No charges are being filed in connection with the shooting that killed a Northern Kentucky homeowner, but a man has been arrested for a shooting that happened at the same home a month prior.
Preston Gill, 19, of Newport, is charged with attempted murder, tampering with physical evidence, retaliating against a participant in the legal process and using restricted ammunition during the commission of a crime, according to the Campbell County Police Department.
