A neighborhood of single-family homes is being planned for land on Sweetgum Road in unincorporated Lawrenceville that has been a farm for decades.
Home builder Century Communities of Georgia LLC closed on a purchase of the 17.19-acre farm located at 352 Sweetgum Road for $1.68 million on Feb. 9, according to Gwinnett County deed records. The property was sold by Weslee and Steven Sewell.
